By booking a medical appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings and appointments

  • All appointments are subject to availability
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when booking
  • Most appointments take approximately 10–15 minutes

Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise
  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe
  • We do not store your card details on our servers
  • By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions

Pricing

  • All prices are displayed on the website and are subject to change at any time
  • The price at the time of booking will be honoured

Cancellations and refunds

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with reasonable notice
  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund
  • Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable

Medical responsibility

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information
  • We are not responsible for decisions made by the DVLA or any other authority

Fitness to drive

  • You are responsible for informing the DVLA of any relevant medical conditions
  • Failure to do so may result in penalties or legal consequences

Limitation of liability

We aim to provide a professional and reliable service. However, we are not liable for:

  • Decisions made by the DVLA or other authorities
  • Delays or issues outside our control
